My responsibilities include hiring and evaluating all site level tutoring and aide personnel. I am responsible for integrating academic student support after school hours with the school day academic program. This position requires my knowledge of district and state academic standards and the 21st CCLC academic goals and objectives, which include planning, evaluation, professional development, and reporting duties.

As a Praxis III Assessor for the state of Arkansas, I interviewed and assessed Novice teachers within the first three years of their career to assess their abilities in the education profession in order to be granted a teaching liscense from the Arkansas Dept. of Education.

At Wilmar Schools I began as a long term substitute in fourth grade. I was hired as the full time fourth grade teacher for the following year.
