I teach Piano on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Mooredale Community Centre to students 5 years and up.. Most of my students are beginners and I use Faber and Faber Piano books for them. Others are already in books used with previous teachers. When beginners advance I use Royal Conservatory Celebration Series, Perspectives. Both beginners and advanced students use C.D.'s to play along with or choose their pieces after listening to them. I include Ear Training/Sight Reading and Technique in each lesson. Every June there is a Recital where students can perform two pieces by memory. The location is usually in the Rosedale area.

I teach children from 4 years up to adults, Piano and Theory. Beginners are directed into Royal Conservatory books as soon as they are able with the goal to enjoy pieces they choose from these books. Faber and Faber are good beginners books as are Alfred's Basic.In June of each year a Piano Recital is held in a local church where all my students who wish to perform two pieces from memory can do so.

I am currently teaching piano and theory in the Toronto area at student's homes after school Monday, Wednesday, Friday,and at Mooredale House in Rosedale,Toronto on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturday students come to my studio(home). I teach make-up lessons on Sundays. All ages are welcome and all levels also.

I manned the phones calling different locations across Canada.

I taught Grades five and six mainly in Toronto at various elementary schools as well as Bishop Strachan and Crestwood schools. I also Supply taught all grades from Kindergarten to Grade Eight.

I handled all secretarial duties for the Blood Donor Department and attended Annual Meetings around Canada.

I taught Grade Four/Five at a school in Montreal.

I taught Grades Four, Five, Six and Science on Rotary in Hamilton schools.
