Collected data on number of prey consumed, paralyzed but not consumed, and swimming. (ii). Conducted a morphological study of hair bundles on tentacles of developing anemones using phase-contrast microscopy, a digital camera, and computer software.(iii). Collected fertilized eggs from adult cultures of anemones and maintained cultures of developing embryos.Co-authored research presentation, “Feeding Experiments with Nematostella vectensis” at the 7th Annual Undergraduate Research Conference hosted by UL Lafayette Honors Program, Nov 21-22, 2014. -
