Serving foundational interests by working to facilitate the launch of a novel, engineering-focused, Prison Education Program (PEP).

Amplified successful client reentry outcomes by designing a novel database of reentry-friendly resources, assisted the reentry brokerage team with day-to-day operations, and accelerated the development of Unlocking Doors’ reentry-friendly support network. Improved client reentry outcomes by developing heuristic employment opportunity packages on a case-by-case basis.

Developed strategies for sustainable growth, implemented new projects and acted as a representative of the organization at industry events. Worked closely with the executive director to identify potential donors and partners. Developed and implemented strategies designed to improve organizational communication and workflow.

Implemented and managed a novel B2G marketing campaign in a small startup environment that produced two successful government contracts within the first year. Direct participant in marketing meetings with state officials and other stakeholders. Sourced an organic portfolio of over 1,000(+) networking leads.

Communicated state policy changes to TOP members using clear and concise terms. This information was used by members to guide them in the development of community-led strategies.

As a board member, I participated in the development of program policy, strategic plans, and stakeholder relationships.

I founded CCM with the ultimate goal of fostering community engagement with municipal policy and planning. As founder, I was responsible for community outreach, volunteer management, strategic planning, media relations, and strategic communications. Under my leadership, CCM held monthly events attended by 300+ members.
