Dean of Doom is a web series that showcases, publicizes, and reviews the work of hobbyist video game designers, specifically for the games Doom (1993) and Doom II (1994). My goal is to celebrate and popularize their work in the hopes of bringing new players to Doom's modding scene. I see it as a way of expressing my gratitude for the hours and hours of entertainment, wonder, and joy the community has given me.

- Pursued payment on unpaid and short-paid invoices for a portfolio of accounts (up to $5M in open balances at a time). - Drafted memos on problem accounts, diagnosing non-payment and communications-related issues.- Performed weekly account reconciliations for customer and manager review.- Coordinated dialogue between agent payees and customers through telephone, email, and conference calls.

- Prepared slide decks and coordinated scheduling for IP Review Team meetings, recorded minutes of team deliberations.- Performed due diligence screenings of MSA suppliers, generated compliance reports with GAN for supervisory review.- Managed open source software (OSS) compliance project, coordinated with our software engineers, legal team, and OSS management tool providers to bring MSA into compliance. Prepared, edited OSS training deck for software engineers.- Assisted in implementing OneTrust privacy management software modules, held weekly progress meetings with DPSA, LLC, compiled company-wide list of data sources for data mapping, data subject access requests, and clerical reference.- Performed internet research on privacy-law-related topics for legal team and presented findings in report form.

- Prepared and indexed binders of trial materials for litigation teams, assisted attorneys with deposition preparation.- Retrieved and collated digital copies of expert witness literature, depositions, and exhibits for trial team’s access.- Compiled and updated master calendar for medical litigation teams, which was especially useful while working remotely.- Maintained active case database, performed intake of new complaints, created reports on pending case statuses by state.- Prepared and submitted motions to be filed in court and coordinated with docket clerks re: proper filing procedures.

- Managed portfolio accounting and trade logging, created morning reports for staff, filed research, maintained databases for consultants, distributed reports to clients, and performed bank reconciliations on client accounts.- Formatted and collected data for marketing presentations, bound PowerPoints neatly for clients.- Performed monthly client letter writeup and distribution to twenty-seven clients.- Answered calls for the office, ordered groceries and office supplies, cleaned conference room, logged visitors with building staff, renewed subscriptions, troubleshot office computer/tech issues.- Interviewed new operations associate candidates, wrote skills assessment test used to hire new operations associates.

- Wrote, directed, edited, and scored a commissioned documentary about the Weiss Tech House- Filmed events for Weiss Tech House - Served as video consultant for the 2017 Pennvention Competition
