I have transitioned my academic pursuits from psychology to neuroscience with a minor in political science, driven by a desire to explore the intricate workings of the human brain and its profound implications on individual and societal behaviors. Through this shift, I aim to delve deeper into the biological mechanisms underlying cognitive processes, emotions, and mental disorders, aspiring to contribute to advancements in understanding and treating neurological conditions. Complementing my studies in neuroscience, the minor in political science allows me to examine the intersection of neuroscience and political systems, analyzing how neurological research can inform policies related to mental health, ethics, and social behavior.
