With HealthTree, I leveraged electronic health records to perform non-parametric survival analysis, logistic regression, and data engineering. My work directly contributed to two poster presentations that were accepted and presented at the 2021 American Society of Clinical Oncology.

I worked in the HMS DBMI with Dr. Peter Kharchenko, Gilbert S. Omenn Professor of Biomedical Informatics, and Dr. Ruslan Soldatov in the field of single-cell spatialomics. My responsibilities as a remote, summer intern were to design a simulation of slide-seq v2 spatial data using R and BioConductor and assist with developing a novel demultiplexing method.
