Managed all employees who worked in the dining room, bar, and banquet area (up to 15 at one time). Handled the scheduling for all the service staff. Also, helped coordinate weddings, business events, large parties, and fundraisers for up to 400 people. Furthermore, performed interviews any new service staff applicants and trained new employees. Lastly, provided excellent customer care and service to all the greens 1500 members who used the food and beverage department.
