At Four Winds, I work in the Gaming Maintenance department as a Gaming Technician II. This position is classified as a leadership role. It is my job to separate the dirt and oil that comes from the die cast machines from the water before sending the water back to the city. When not treating water I work on down die cast machines as well as down trim presses. Other miscellaneous tasks are also assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor throughout the day.

At Three Forks, I spend most of my time brewing on our 7 bbl brew house. I also spend a lot of time transferring beer into our six serving tanks. Dry Hopping and yeast harvesting usually happens one to two times a week. Once a week I manually wash kegs as well as deliver beer to local accounts. Line cleaning is done biweekly both in house and at outside accounts.

As a beertender, I am constantly interacting with customers and making sure that they are having the best experience possible while at Burn ‘Em. I am required to be knowledgeable of all beer styles to help answer any and all questions customers may have about our beer. Not only do I pour beer in our taproom but I am also responsible for taking food orders from our small snack menu as well as preparing and presenting all food while on shift. During my time at Burn ‘Em, I also have minimal experience with working events as well as delivering beer.
