Introduced iSCSI SAN connectivity devices to the tape library product line, leading a team of 6 through the product launch. Coordinated test efforts and verification of the third-party solution. Implemented automated process for SCSI test cases for the Scalar 24 project, which reduced test time by 50%. Selected as engineering contact for strategic business partner, working with OEM engineers to implement a Joint Development Process, resulting in enhanced OEM engineering scores.

Verified major changes to the MSC software involving Chinese Telephone User Part, including test plan creation and completing execution of test cases within a three-week time frame.Developed a ‘GSM Overview’ training class, introducing new hires to the GSM system architecture and familiarizing them with automated test tools.Project: GSM Test Group - CSP Migration Team LeadResponsible for migration of MSC telephone switch base software from one software version to a new version, including continuous regression testing.Supervised a team of eight employees while performing regression tests twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, delivering the new MSC base software to the field in a six week time-frame.
