Oroville Dam Emergency Spillway Repairs, Oroville, CA, 05/2017-Present Client: California Department of Water Resources (DWR)Primary Project Features$630 Million bid-build project to demo out and repair the damaged FCO spillway chute and Emergency Spillway for the tallest dam in North America. The FCO’s foundation was repaired with 350,000 CY of Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) in order to rebuild the 179 FT wide by 3,000 LF PCC structural chute slab and walls of the FCO. Reconstruction of the Emergency Spillway involved the construction of a 1,450 long secant pile wall to key-in 530,000 CY of RCC for the expanded Emergency Spillway buttress and splash pad.Responsibilities• Led a group of three RCC Field Engineers in workplan development and quantity & cost controls for placement of 880,000 CY of Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), budgeted at $176 Million • Developed and executed a work plan for the placement of 6,500 CY of Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC)• Corresponded with DWR design consultants to develop RCC project specifications and scope• Prepared monthly cost projections of the RCC Group to communicate with onsite/offsite management• Composed submittals and RFI documents for the RCC Group in relation to project specifications

WOFH & KHG Guideway Projects, Waipahu, HI, Project Engineer: 02/2015-05/2017 Client: Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit (HART)Primary Project Features$890 Million Design-Build project to construct 11-miles of elevated heavy commuter rail to help ease traffic congestion from West Oahu into the Honolulu City Center. The project’s scope included: major utility relocations, road widening and restoration, and traffic signalization betterments, large diameter drilled shafts, columns construction, pre-casting and erecting post tension segments, an underground station structure, two Balance Cantilever Structures (BCS) to span the H1 Highway, and rail installation on the super structure and on-grade. Port Mann Highway 1 Project - Surrey, BC Client: British Columbia Ministry of Transportation Primary Project Features$2.6 Billion design-build joint-venture (Kiewit/Flatiron) involving the construction of a new 10-lane Port Mann Bridge, removing the existing crossing, widening the highway, upgrading interchanges and improving access and safety on Highway 1. The project spans a distance of approximately 37 kilometers from the McGill Street Interchange in Vancouver to 216 Street in Langley. Work included trench excavation, rebar mat and steel post placement, concrete pouring, and doubled welded mesh fence panel fabrication and installation.
