I designed components that included pneumatic valves and fittings for cutting, slitting and product capture operations. • I designed and detailed an inkjet printer head system technology, using a design specification. My prototype design and testing was implemented on a breadboard to develop and test an Ink Jet print head and media capture unit. I oversaw fabrication and followed up on parts for the program. I conducted lab experiments to study ink viscosity for a print-head recycling system.Electro-Mechanical Design:• Generated and finalized electrical schematics and pneumatic prints for the single-use camera assembly line. Helped with troubleshooting and start up, which also included designing of assembly components. Mechanical Design:• Performed complex mechanical design and drafting duties while working with a fast-paced design team. I develop components and assemblies for a film perforation process, which included rotary and stationary parts. I maintained and generated Bill of Materials, machine specifications and final documentation.
