Responsibilities:Manage networks of 150 Brokers and 30 Key Partner accounts across Australia and APAC Market with Lending Needs Monitor and Review 20 Business Development Managers and 5 Internal Lending Managers on Deal Structuring and Compliance Reporting to CEO and Board of Directors on Company Sales Progress on Monthly Basis Monitor Operation Manager and ensure Operations Staff are meeting their KPI in terms of Deal Assessment Liaise with Partners across Australia and Overseas. (More than 200 Key Partners in Accountant, Developer, Real Estate Agents and Legal Sector) Mentor and Supervise 2 Salesforce Admin within the Company managing Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure all release and pilots implemented successfully within the business.  Ensure Customer 360 view across all internal stakeholders to ensure best customer experience from Start of Lending Journey to Post Settlement Service.  Ensure All Staff Complete their Onboarding through Trailhead and achieve their individual V2MOM and alignment with Company V2MOM.Ensure security and risk compliance across the company entire IT stack. (Email, Server, CRM, Storage and other IT products)
