I have been working in various facets education and learning for 15 years. My educational qualifications include, a BS in Education as well as a Master’s degree in Administration. I also currently hold a secondary teaching certificate in the state of Idaho. Before working in the private sector with elearning and learning management systems, I worked for 5 years in the public sector secondary teacher with additional experience as a secondary coach. My experience has included creating meaningful learning experiences for secondary students, Fortune 500 customers, and internal training through various formats, including SCORM, In-Person events, Virtual Instructions, Micro-learning, and more.My project roles have required me to work with various stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, define project scope, understand educational gaps, develop relevant training and review post assessment feedback. My most recent projects include implementing and training new customers, while working with current customers on new projects related to their elearning business. Not only have I worked with various Learning Management Systems, I also have experience with Articulate 360 & Adobe Captivate. While on the Sales Enablement at Oracle our team would develop training specifically for the Human Capital Management line of products. Annually, we train 4,000+ sales reps at the beginning of the fiscal year and create industry and other role-based trainings throughout the year to more specifically meet the needs of each vertical.
