Employee #7 and Founding Designer. I manage all aspects of visual identity, product, and marketing design across the company. As the sole designer, I juggle multiple roles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.- Refined the visual identity and brand of MaxRewards- Completely redesigned the app from the ground up- Built a comprehensive design system from scratch during the redesign- Automated the design-to-engineering handoff of assets and specsOne of my most impactful contributions was creating the entire design system from a blank slate. Collaborating closely with an engineer, we optimized the design-to-development handoff with automated syncing for colors, typography, spacing, images, and more. This initiative laid a strong foundation for scalable design and saved countless hours in the handoff process.
