I work within our Continuous Improvement as the direct assistant to our Director of Continuous Improvement. I provide operational and logistical support for a wide array of goals set by our various departments including, but not limited to Marketing, Human Resources, Field Operations and Accounting & Finance. Through both qualitative and quantitative analyses, I provide insight into current company processes and determine whether or not we continue to meet standards of brand consistency as well as operational efficiency.
