I manage client accounts from quote request to product delivery, partner with clients to cater to their needs, and act as a solution-driven liaison between our in-house industry experts and client engineers and quality departments. I function as the single point of contact for my clients and communicate expectations regarding quality standards, supplier requirements, and production timeframes.

I manage 30+ client accounts, valued at $11 Million annually. It’s my responsibility to understand client needs, offer mechanical services and inspection solutions, and manage operating requirements for 50+ employees located permanently at client sites throughout South Texas.As the central point of contact for my clients, I facilitate everything from contract negotiations and turnaround planning, to field solutions and project staffing.

Manage 20+ employees at multiple client sites for Quality, Document Control, and Warehouse operations.Provide GE with vendor coordination for welding, inspection, and database management through all phases of the project life-cycle. Work with project managers in the GE Quality department to resolve time-sensitive multivariate coordination issues regarding logistics, personnel, and work documentation to meet stringent deliverable deadlines. Verify all aspects of material identification, welding, inspection, and shipping are performed in accordance with applicable controlling documents, procedures, specifications, and/or code books.

Manage inspection crew on multiple projects to provide data analysis, completion projections, and coordination with vendors for Valero Refineries. I developed implementation strategies, tracked project data points, coordinated with engineering on database and field issues, oversaw maintenance crews implementation of recommended repair plans.

Develop deliverable-based training solutions for the US AFISRA for all intelligence disciplines, and acting department Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). I'm currently developing mobile learning solutions for the 25 AF to include iBook/eBook options as standard training procedures for globally deployed Intelligence Airmen.

Exploit/analyze imagery and full motion video from remote sensing platforms in the form of Electo-Optical, Infrared, Synthetic Aperture Radar, Multi-Spectral and Hyper-Spectral Imagery. Managed crews during UAV/FMV operations. Functioned as communication link between pilot, exploitation crews and globally deployed customers.Reviewed/Quality Controlled/Disseminated intelligence reports for globally deployed customers.Authored training materials, mission tactics, and positional procedures for experimental USAF HSI program. HSI programs are USAF Chief of Staff's #1 imagery intelligence priority. One of few HSI SMEs for the entire 480th ISR Wing.
