As a dedicated student at Illinois State University, I am pursuing a double major in Geography and Philosophy, as well as a minor in Urban Planning. Growing up outside of St. Louis, I've developed a strong passion for community engagement and human geography, particularly as they relate to urban development and sustainability.Currently, I serve as an Academic Peer Advisor, where I support fellow students in navigating their academic journeys, enhancing their learning experiences, and fostering a sense of community within the university. My role allows me to cultivate essential skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, which I apply to various collaborative initiatives.In addition to my advisory position, I am actively involved in several campus organizations. As an Executive Board member of the Geography Club and Philosophy Society, I promote interdisciplinary dialogue and foster a collaborative environment for students to explore diverse perspectives. Furthermore, my role as the PR Officer for the Bloomington Revivalists enables me to engage with the community and advocate for initiatives that inspire civic participation and social responsibility.I am enthusiastic about applying my knowledge and experiences to create impactful solutions for future problems, and I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations committed to fostering inclusive and sustainable communities.
