Help with bringing on board Transco, Unitek, and Saia to the ODM portion of Ryder. First to help coordinate TTN to handle over night calls and one off the main Tech's on Call at the time. Work directly with drivers and shops to resolve maintenance issues quickly to get trucks on the road fast as possible. Coordinate between tow company's, maintenance decisions and quick actions to get an estimate to the customer from local ryder shops or vendors. Main focus to keep the customer on the road.

Sergeant E5 Team leader- commander's eyes and ears on the battlefield. When information about the enemy is needed, they call on the Scouts. Cavalry Scouts engage the enemy with anti-armor weapons and scout vehicles in the field, track and report enemy movement and activities, and will direct the employment of various weapon systems onto the enemy.
