Retired from full-time employment after 38 years in the natural gas industry with two major energy producers in both the upstream and midstream sectors. Since 2001 has been providing services as an independent business Consultant in the natural gas processing arena. Possesses extensive energy industry business and commercial knowledge with first-hand expertise in (but not limited to):- supporting company staff in midstream commercial development activities such as special projects, tracking industry drilling opportunities for plant and pipeline gas supply, standardizing gas processing contract templets, track competitive plant operations and throughput with reports to management- administering terms of a joint-interest operating agreement for a major south Louisiana gas plant- employing technical, business and negotiating acumen in resolving outstanding plant revenue audits- negotiating and administering natural gas processing contracts both as plant operator and as producer- identifying, evaluating and developing gas processing related commercial and business opportunities- supervising capital budget and providing engineering project coordination of gas plant modificationsSkills and aptitudes include: intelligence; quick learner; computer literate; strategic thinking; communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing; ability to manage multiple tasks/issues while providing thorough, understandable resolutions; strong problem-solving skills along with ability for analyzing data and recognizing abnormal conditions; works independently and also very well in a team environment; high personal integrity.

I just completed a 7 year part-time consulting contract with EnLink Midstream (formerly Crosstex Energy Services) in Houston providing services as a Commercial Representative with business development and Joint Interest contract administration responsibility for a large, onshore gas processing plant in southern Louisiana, as well as assisting the efforts of the VP Commercial - GOM in special assigned projects.

I retired from full time work in 2000 after 38 years in the oil & gas industry (Chevron USA 18 yrs, followed by Mobil Oil 20 yrs). The majority of my experience has been in the natural gas processing arena as a chemical and process engineer, plant engineering and technical personnel supervisor, and commercial and business development with processing contract negotiating and administration responsibilities, and special project capabilities.
