Continuing with the Bend team, my primary focus is supervision of the early development and method development groups. Within the pharmaceutical CDMO space, these teams provide analytical work from R&D feasibility decisions through GMP method validations.

Acting as the Method Development group supervisor, my primary focus was enabling the method development group in both GMP and non-GMP work within the pharmaceutical CDMO space. Our group utilized various technologies to define composition, dissolution, and stability of emerging medications. Considered the 'bridge', the MD group works closely with all production divisions.

As I continued to be the primary technical owner of all oligonucleotide manufacturing processes in Louisville, I also was responsible for ownership of Process Development and over site of all production in the Purification Division (11 direct reports). I helped drive technical leadership for new client project development as well.

In my role as Process Development Engineer, I was the primary technical owner of all oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. I was responsible for method and workflow development to ensure we are maximizing production efficiency. Also acted as technical lead for new client project development.

Working in the Research Labs Division, I was responsible for small scale production of 100mer single guide-RNA products and continual process improvement. Product fabrication within this R&D environment required expertise in an array of oligo synthesizers, purification methods, analytical tools, and lyophilization techniques. Contracted Position.

Participated in all aspects of state mandated cannabis analysis; this included potency, microbial, residual solvent, and pesticide testing, as well as report generation and client care. In the position of lead analyst, I focused on the quantification of various cannabinoids via HPLC analysis with a secondary emphasis on residual solvent analysis via GC-FID.

NASD Division. Participated in research and development of nucleic acid products on a small scale working along side kilogram manufacturing production. Personally took part in the problem solving surrounding synthesis, deprotection, purification, concentration and lyophilization of different products.
