Responsible for tracking/processing of commissions and providing analytical reporting for a telecom master agency.-- Process approximately $450,000 of commissions each month from 28 unique telecom/cloud carriers, ensuring commissions are both paid to MicroCorp and passed through to MC’s sub-agents accurately per contract terms.-- Provide reporting for all departments that provides insight into KPIs and promotes business goals.-- Provide support to sub-agents through ad hoc reporting, investigating any overdue or incorrectly-paid commissions, and auditing past commissions upon request.-- Primary team member assisting commissions manager with complete rebuild of the commissions system, providing recommendations for potential enhancements and performing end-user testing prior to each new implementation.
