At heart I am a problem solver. I enjoy digging deep to solve issues, to get to the root cause or bottom of an issue - whether that be people, processes or technology. That gives me confidence I can build the best solution for all team members. I like seeing the end outcome. I gain a great deal of satisfaction knowing the solution I have worked on adds real value to a company's bottom line. My co-workers say that I listen carefully and am able to bring everyone else's perspective to the tale. I am also known as the doer in an organization. People come to me when they want to get things done.While I have enjoyed my career of over 35 years in the electrical and construction fields, I am seeking a new career in customer service, sales or work-from-home positions, where I can apply my strong stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills to help build great workplaces, filled with passionate people who love coming to work everyday.
