While on this team, our responsibility was handling all inbound communication through the organization, as well as overseeing the application process for individuals applying for various missionary roles.

My role as Events Concierge centered around cultivating long-lasting relationships with churches, organizations, and individuals attending NAMB events. My goal was to make the experience from sign-up through the last day of the event as seamless as possible, providing travel, hotel, restaurant, and basic event information.
