Operating revenue of more than $12 billion with over $1 million per week given back in free or subsidized patient care. I was recruited to bring new centralized functions to the whole Sutter network, including social customer care, online review management for 2,300 physicians and 500 facilities, deep social listening and crisis management, and business listings management. The team I established responded to more customers in the first year than the company had done in the past 13 years combined, as well as directed a 10-month project to publish and display our own customer survey-generated star ratings on our physician profile pages, combating third-party review sites, and boosting our doctors to the top of Internet search results. This position provided me deeper and broader experience in leading social media engagement vision and strategy; ensuring the right technology, processes, and tools are in place; understanding industry trends and translating them into business opportunities; hiring and developing a talented team; and building and refining workflows and procedures to ensure clear guidance to team members.As I continue in this role, I'm excited to lead multiple initiatives that connect the larger business and its stakeholders to our customers, bringing the customer voice to the work our teams do every day.
