My role is multifaceted – while I'm deeply involved in sales, customer relations, and driving growth initiatives, I’m also in charge of operations – overseeing everything from manufacturing and shipping to quality control. Basically, I ensure our entire organization stays aligned with our company’s vision and goals.One of my proudest achievements at DMF Bait happened early in my career. By making a simple change to the packaging of our Nightcrawlers to a smaller sized cup, we increased refrigerator capacity by 20% and streamlined 90% of our packaging. This improvement not only boosted efficiency across our business but reinforced my belief that even small changes can make a significant impact.Leadership at DMF Bait is about more than just driving results – it's about fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their tenure or role.
