After clamoring to book myself gigs as this special listening room and cafe in the midwest, I have been booking the shows for almost 2 years, working with artists at all stages, experience levels, and talents. Having been in their shoes at one time I know now what I wish I had known getting into the scene. From local legends to international acts swinging through after playing a massive theatre, working with people- creative and ambitious people, no less- is well within my wheelhouse. Booking takes an eye for detail, a personable nature, and a sharp ability to meet deadlines and communicate directly and promptly. It definitely has honed my skills as a freelancer and person in many areas.
