Directed global embedded software and electrical engineers for development of product and application level software. Consolidated software and hardware resources into single engineering team using a single source repository and a common development process. Directed divisional efforts to support software development and database administration for global operations of one division of Stryker Corporation. Restructured the IT department to provide ‘account manager’ structure for project and portfolio management.
