In charge in repairing and troubleshooting of Instrument and equipment pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and electrical circuitry. These includes calibration of heating elements, parts replacement such as gauges, sensors, pumps, valves, etc.Conducts regular preventive maintenance, and hardware verification at pre-defined intervals following prescribed methods and procedures.Exercise wise and intelligent use of spare parts as a means of cost control without sacrificing maintenance quality and equipment up time.Set-up manufacturing equipment and machines according to established procedures and parameter settings in the shortest possible time.Participate on multiple Project Teams as an Equipment Engineering Representative, ensuring compliance to regulatory standards and providing input into the project design requirements and equipment improvement plans.Develops, implements, and provides trainings such as OPL (One Point Lesson) and OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) to the machine operators.Utilized statistical methods, such as, process capability data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and scientific sample size selection to ensure processes capability and repeatability and to determine statistically valid sampling plans.Conduct Complaint Investigation (8D Report, CAR Report, etc.) as Equipment Engineering Representative by analyzing customer returned product.Identify, investigate, and determine final disposition of non-conformances and generation of report for quality issue.
