Sr. Director - Business Analytics
Current- Supports hybrid team of business and data analysts providing a myriad of strategic and analytics focused services to clients ranging from revenue forecasting, predictive model development, and dashboard development to budget and program investment recommendations.- Collaborates with 80+ nonprofit clients to understand their analytics needs and develop customized strategies that address specific challenges.- Guides organizations in implementing data-driven solutions for resource optimization, program evaluation, and impact measurement.- Designs and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks, focusing on forecasting and performance metrics.- Ensures that analytics strategies align with clients' missions and objectives, driving measurable outcomes. - Oversees the creation of interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making.- Ensures clarity and functionality in data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to diverse stakeholders.- Identifies and implement operational efficiencies in data wrangling activities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.- Develops best practices and standard operating procedures for data management and analysis to enhance team productivity.- Mentors and coach team members on analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices to foster skill development and career advancement.- Conducts training sessions to keep team updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.- Establishes KPIs to measure the success of analytics initiatives and client outcomes.- Regularly report on team performance, project status, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.- Presents analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear understanding and actionable next steps.- Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, including nonprofit leadership, program managers, and board members.
