I am a young 35year old seeking employment in the hospitality sector because I have quite a number of years in the industry .. My recent job at “Utopia Capetown “has to be one of the best learning curve in terms of the customer relationships one has to have on a daily basis . I have Ofcos worked in different environment setting , fast food joints , I’ve worked and lived on a wine farm in Franschoek which was absolutely amazing! And before that I worked in a steak and wine bar in Durban. On mentioning all this I can’t not mention Working at Mitchell’s Ale house at the V&A waterfront,! Mad place in a good way . I learnt so much from that place from dealing with Crazy drunk customers to just a normal businessman who’s in town for a conference for a day or so and just want to enjoy a beer . From stock taking , Stock ordering you name it I learnt from this place . Right now I am seeking a new challenge that would teach me something new , along customer service/ hospitality. New people, new brand , New everything . Did I mention that I am a hardworking female? And not afraid to take risks ! Trustworthy and I don’t waste anyones time .
