•As a Cast Coordinator my responsibilities started in Pre-Production.•I was responsible for reading the script and meet with the producer, director to get a sense of the characters they are looking for.• I was diplomatic worked with agents during pre-production by negotiating contracts and have a good financial skill I made sure to stick to the give budget.•I made sure the casting process goes smoothly.•I communicated daily with the Director to understand their requirements and work on being able to give direction to actors.•I was responsible for maintaining internal communication documents including handouts and email to inform actors important notices.•I was the middle communication between cast and production.•I conducted regular analysis of processes and procedures , making adjustments when necessary .•I created a detailed traveling schedule for cast to know which vehicle will be picking them up.•I took all cast concern and communicate it with production for possible solutions.

I monitor and observe nearly everything.•I also do text analysis during my script breakdown to see the time and age this story was written.•Once production is done I am responsible for handing over the continuity logsheet to the editor and going to post production to maintain continuity.

•I was responsible for revamping information that was already physically there by the museum for online consumptions.•Despite my role I went to an extent of writing a childrens theatre play which I directed, documented and was uploaded on the KZN museum online page.•I created a childrens theatre program that was going to allow the target market to consume the information in a different and entertaining way.•I did more research on the three galleries of the museum, took my own pictures to give the feel of the museum and created online galleries which.•I was also responsible on delivering weekly report to keep track of the progress or things I needed assistant on from any other department.•I was also involved by documenting their school holiday tour educating about Day of Reconciliation.
