As an Officer In-Charge at IFIC Bank PLC, Raninagar Sub-branch, Naogaon, I bring a proactive approach to managing financial operations, fostering customer relationships, and achieving key business milestones. Leading a sub-branch in a remote area has taught me the importance of adaptability, strategic planning, and team collaboration to meet both organizational goals and customer expectations.

It's a youth leadership training project which is designed and implemented by Rupantor in collaboration with USAID, New York University and NORC at University of Chicago.
