With over eight years of experience in finding and recruiting the best talent, I co-founded Open HR, a startup that leverages technology and data to match candidates with suitable opportunities. I led the marketing and communication strategy, as well as the import export management, for the company, which grew to serve clients across India and abroad.In 2019, I launched Urban Nomads, a network of co-living and co-working spaces that cater to travelers, digital nomads, working professionals, and freelancers. As a co-founder, I oversee the operations, partnerships, and expansion of the business, which has established a presence in 10 cities and attracted a diverse and vibrant community. I also work as a commercial real estate consultant at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd, where I advise and assist clients in acquiring, leasing, and selling properties. I have a passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life and work for people.
