I've been self-employed for a number of years. In 2014 I decided to open a floor refinishing business "Quality Finish" and found myself at the forefront of change. Over what is now nearly the last 10 years Quality Finish has continued to thrive through one pivotal time after the next, allowing me to create Black Hills CPR and begin my journey saving lives! This lead me to take EMT basic training and grow the business into the New Orleans area under the sister name Hills CPR. Now with additional skills and a new location, the sky's the limit!To date, my team (Rachel Nelson, and Maria Tollefson) and I have trained over 3 dozen new instructors, 35 canine CPR responders, nearly 200 firemen, about 2 dozen secret government agents, and somewhere around 5k private students! I've personally deployed with the American Red Cross as a mass shelter operations specialist and managed a facility of nearly 1000 displaced and scared TX residents after Hurricane Harvey for a month. My team and I have saved numerous lives both directly and indirectly, this is where my passion for living was really pronounced. Hills CPR Group is making a difference ❤️Over the course of my journey, I began taking a passion for advertisement and marketing. I took to learning how to edit and produce film, radio, and social media ads, in addition to websites, and learning what all Google likes to see in order to optimize a new page.My journey has honestly been a never-ending learning curve but is far from over, and for that reason I'm blessed!I am now creating websites, B2B advertisements, social media content, and Voiceovers for podcasts and radio! I am calling this business Phoenix Website Services for now, but it is early in development... Let me know what you think of the name, the Phoenix was my first logo and the mythical creature I most closely relate to...All in all, starting up and growing business really requires community support, so I'd like to start playing a bigger role on the support side of things and show my ever-growing gratitude by paying it forward. ❤️
