I am graduate person by commerce field in business management (B.Com) and having 4-5 years experience in Courier and Logistic industry as Customer Supervisor. Preparation of documents for dispatch shipment, expertise in preparing AWBs, strong follow up, providing feedback to our customers, handling escalations of the customers, arranging the collections and delivery to all our the world. I would like to inform you that, I can handle complete operation and CS department to handle all sector like international and domestic connections, have ability to run the infrastructure of couriers properly, daily reporting regarding daily dispatch shipments and RTO to our senior management. By holding valid Dubai Driving License, company can utilize me for out door work as well.
