As Assistant Manager, I oversee a variety of immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and other critical medications. In addition, I am active in departmental strategic initiatives and systemic development initiatives.Key Achievements:-Successfully led the launch of Bangladesh's first immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab) in March 2021, marking a significant milestone in cancer treatment accessibility.-Introduced the first FDA-approved PARP inhibitor to local patients, expanding treatment options.-Played a key role in relaunching and repositioning products within the department.-Managed national conferences and participated in international oncology events, contributing to knowledge exchange and professional development.I look forward to collaborating with professionals within the oncology field and discussing advancements in cancer treatment.

Major brand was Gemoxen (Gemcitabine), Pemro (Pembrolizumab).## Achievements- Added values to Gemoxen for ensuring patient benefit and to keep the brand vibrant in the market.- Gemoxen still was the number #1 brand in Gemcitabine market by competing with originator and generic brands by confirming 50% market share (2020-2021).- In 2020 I had launched the 1st ever PARP Inhibitor Olaparib in Bangladesh market in the brand name of Olapar. This molecule has vital roles in Ovarian Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer and Breast Cancer.- Nab-Xelpac, the choice of molecule for Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), was added to my portfolio in 2021 for brand development. Within 2022 Nab-Xelpac had observed a 50% market growth and KBL number was increased from 10 to 30.- 2021 was a remarkable year. In the history of Bangladesh cancer market a revolution was made on this year. A new treatment, IMMUNOTHERAPY, was launched on 26 March 2021 on the eve of 50th Independence Day of Bangladesh. For the first time I had launched generic, biosimilar, bilogical molecules PEMBROLIZUMAB (Pemro) and NIVOLUMAB (Nivomab) in Bangladesh market.
