As an Operations Team Member at ALBAIK Food Systems Co., I contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant chain by providing network support, maintaining ERP server and CCTV, and making transaction reports. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as the opportunity to interact with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.I have a strong academic background in computer science and engineering, having graduated with a BSC degree from Northern University, Bangladesh in 2019, and a diploma in computer technology from Institute of Computer Science & Technology, Feni, Bangladesh in 2016. I have also gained valuable experience in the healthcare sector, as I worked as an Assistant Manager & IT at Medistar General Hospital for a year, where I handled tasks such as patient admission and discharge, operation scheduling, front desk cash management, and network support. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
