He was also involved in organizational development (OD) activities such as restructuring of grade chart structure with minimum and maximum slabs of each grade and ORACLE ERP implementation project.He has joined IDEAS where he was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and OD. He was also responsible for HR operations, payroll, HR engagements and communications for some period of time. He launched successfully the career website with the help of in-house technical team. Now, he is associated to a leading professional services firm Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountant - ICF Deloitte where he is responsible for managing Human Capital domain.
