Implemented effective KPI Bonus/Sales Incentive as per KPI.. Implemented competitive written test for every position.. Developed all 15 individual concern’s approximate 100+ Function based Organogram.. Lunched 3 new restaurant outlet through proper Recruitment.. In-coordination with IT, successfully done Payroll management through software.. Based on business need, created 10 new positions and successfully lunched.. Initially prepared entire group HR & Admin Budget and set right area for cost control.. Developed TA/DA Policy for individual concern.. Sanitary KPI Implementation process done.
