Developed & Designed 6-months Training manual and program for 20 trainers to promote Climate action, Climate adaptation, Good Agricultural practices, and Kitchen gardening.The training also incorporated effective communication skills for maximum impact.Effectively managed a budget of GBP £20,000 ensuring optimal utilization of resources and successful completion of the project. Trained and led 20 Young trainers with 18 community support group members on Climate actions, Good agricultural practices and kitchen gardening for community outreach.Distributed Agricultural and Kitchen gardening tool kits to trained farmers aiming to maximize their benefits, additionally we conducted awareness campaigns and implemented monthly monitoring to ensure the long term sustainability of the project.
