Project activities coordination.

Since 2013 September I have been employed by m2m known as (mothers to mothers), which is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) funded by PEPFAR, as a Regional Manager. Was responsible for supervision and support of over 27 clinics and more than 50 staff members working in the community and facilities. The main areas of concentration were regional coordination, staff training, community engagement and early childhood project regional managementDuties• Collaborate with Senior Program Manager in the development of work plans for the region.• Supervise and ensure effective program implementation at 27 health facilities across the Hhohho and Lubombo regions.• Manage the recruitment, training and orientation of Site Coordinators and Mentor Mothers.• Conduct regular site supervisory visits through routine travel across the regions to ensure quality program implementation.• Ensure routine collection, reporting and analysis of regional data, and data utilization to promote program quality.• Promote the benefits of and assist in integrating the m2m program within the existing PMTCT services.• In collaboration with Site Coordinators, take lead in developing program field budgets, and monitor and report expenditures.• Carry out regular meetings with Site Coordinators to provide technical and administrative support.• Undertake performance appraisals for site staff, facilitate and evaluate individual training needs, and staff development.• Liaise with district health teams and health facility levels, also forming strong relationships with local communities and partner organizations.• Represent m2m at the various districts levels as appropriate.• Actively participated in the m2m management team meetings, reflect on program goals ‘and make recommendations for improvement.• Ensure timely communication with site staff.• Perform any other duties assigned by the Country Director. Community Engagement

Was employed by the Aids Healthcare Foundation (AHF) (LaMvelase Help Centre) “between 2010-2013 as ART/OIs nurse and later promoted to Nurse Manager Position with 11 nursing personnel under my supervision. AHF is a Los Angeles headquartered American NGO based in Manzini. It is the largest non-government provider of ART and advocacy in the USA. Our operating motto is ‘Cutting edge medicine regardless of ability to pay’. Duties • Voluntary and provider- initiated HIV counselling and testing.• Pre-ART Counselling, Clinical assessment, monitoring and management of OIs (Opportunistic infections).• Adherence counselling in preparation for HAART and to reinforce adherence to those already in HAART.• Regular clinical and laboratory assessment of clients on treatment e.g. CD4 counts, WHO clinical staging and TB screening and referral.• TB screening, referral for initiation of treatment and laboratory and clinical monitoring of those on treatment.• Treatment of other HIV related opportunistic infections.• Offer psychological support to those in need.• Provide SRH services- family planning, cervical cancer screening, and antenatal care for pregnant women etc.
