• Provide phone, email and remote desktop assistance to consumers/commercial level customers• Assist customers in troubleshooting Dell Branded Hardware and Software tied with the System (Windows 7/8/10 OS,Antivirus,Dell Apps, Adobe and Office products etc)• Installing and Configuring Windows Operating System and Windows based applications • Handle multiple Service Request Tickets for different customers and ensure that the service is within the required SLA• Resolve technical issues as soon as possible and making customer satisfaction as the top priority• Do follow ups with customers through outbound calls and emails for pending issues and troubleshooting continuation• Processing depot repairs, sending replacement parts, dispatch onsite technicians and provide regular updates through phone/email to customers regarding the status of the repair ticket• Answer all technical inquiries/pre-sale questions of customers• Ensure that all technical issues were addressed and it was resolved to customer’s satisfaction
