As an Assistant Human Resource Officer at Eswatini Nazarene Health Institution, my journey since March 2021 has been defined by a commitment to HR development and the strategic application of HR Information Systems. Our team's efforts have cultivated an environment where staff management and development processes are streamlined and effective.Balancing my role at ENHI with part-time studies, I'm on the cusp of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
