Led the India Health Policy Initiative from concept to a fully operational program. The initiative combines academic investigation, policy perspective and ground realities to identify obstacles to healthcare delivery and formulates strategies to address them. • Provide strategic direction for the design and field operations of the Initiative • Manage Initiative’s financial forecasting, planning, growth and execution • Design and oversee the yearly fellowship including needs assessment, anthropologic field research in India, data unpacking, synthesis and publishing of Initiative reports • Plan and facilitate an annual in-country 2 day summit bringing together various experts in the field including academics, practitioners, health entrepreneurs, NGOs & policymakers • Oversee activities following the summit and the fellowship including the authoring of policy briefs by collaborators • Drive collaboration and interactions with other Stanford programs

Managed two NIH Aging Centers (CADMA & CDEHA) which engages 45 affiliates, 10 cross center collaborations and 27 seed grants. • Oversaw all RFA activities, seed grant selection, and advisory board participation • Established financial forecasts, maintained grant budgets, and managed spend rates
