Her passion lies in promoting inclusivity by identifying inherent biases and systemic racism based on intersectionality theory which is "the complex, cumulative way in which the effects of multiple forms of discrimination (such as racism, sexism, and classism) combine, overlap, or intersect especially in the experiences of marginalized individuals or groups. She’s the Founder/ CEO of No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit Inc. a comprehensive sexuality awareness and consultative organization. Lynette is the the mastermind who singlehandedly created the first Menstrual Bank in the Philadelpia, tri-state area, then subsequently expanded her reach by developing the only direct door to door feminine hygiene delivery service to persons living in poverty in the nation. The focus of NMS is to decrease risk in vulnerable populations through the development and implementation of sustainable programming. Lynette as the Founder of NMS has also been fundamental in creating Menstrual Banks on HBCU campuses and will open the first Menstrual Hub in the nation in the PA area. Our mission at No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit Inc. is:To decrease stigmas, silence and secrecy by increasing self-esteem, socialization and self-love.
