I am outspoken, vibrant, SHEQ Officer in one of the most leading in the Construction sector. I have been on this field for about ten years and it never ceases to amaze me. I enjoy starting a project and seeing it through to hand over ensuring that the quality delivered meets and exceeds the customers needs whilst balancing the needs of an ordinary employee to live, provide for, and be safe in the workplace. I put pride in our employees and the environment and ensure that appropriate/ relevant SHE standards and procedures are in place to control our activities and protect our greatest assets. In spite of the ever changing environment I work well in a team to ensure the best product is delivered timeously.
