Claire is the Co-Founder and Master Trainer of No Mummy Tummy. Most women have abdominal separation (called a Diastasis Recti) when pregnant. Abdominal separation affects 33% of mums after 1 child, 66% after 2 and 99% after 3 or more pregnancies. For some women post-baby, it will heal naturally, but for others it will go undiagnosed until symptoms worsen. The No Mummy Tummy program works with women through their pregnancy to prevent separation and post-baby to heal the separation through trainer-led programs.An expert in the health and wellness industry, Claire is also the Co-Founder of Aleenta BARRE and owns two endota spa's in the Melbourne CBD. Claire is a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Tupler Technique Master Trainer and Barre Instructor. Claire also holds a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Business and a further Diploma of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School. Claire has fostered her business and entrepreneurial skills into her passion for helping women.
