My primary role is delivering analytical solutions to the business. I leverage my technical skills and deep knowledge of data to recommend and build solutions for these stakeholders.I have access to many data sources to provide solutions to stakeholders (primarily reporting in Power BI), but often this data may not be modeled or structured in an optimal manner to meet the needs of the desired business outcome. I use my technical skills to restructure data as needed (SQL, Python).I guide requirement gathering conversations with stakeholders, asking insightful questions to see the business from their perspective. I work with stakeholders and key members of our product team to understand which data we capture today, as well as participate in the development/procurement of future solutions to help capture other necessary data we may not be currently collecting. I design and develop applications using R (specifically R Shiny) to aid in reporting and visualization for unstructured and structured data sets. I use data modeling to provide context for data in use as it relates to UWM's strategic planning. I design and develop data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching to update and expedite processes.I provide statistical and analytical support to the Community Impact and Analytics & Performance (CIA) team and to Collective for Youth using SPSS, R, Tableau, and ArcGIS. I work to develop reporting requirements. I communicate with the IT department to test custom technology solutions and support system implementation.I support the collection, maintenance, and facilitation of the use of out of school time data. I train staff, directors, and managers in the data warehousing tool. I build reports using SQL within the SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence component of this tool.I facilitate discussions to produce solutions between Omaha Public School District, almost 40 out of school time sites, and our data warehousing partners. I administer and analyze surveys to support continuous quality improvement efforts for out of school time programs.

As a Math Graduate Teaching Assistant at UNO, I worked as an Adjunct Professor for Metropolitan Community College. I taught courses such as Advanced Algebra and Developmental Mathematics.
