I am passionate about people. I also enjoy working with people to assist in reaching their full potential.I continuously learn, work and specialise in the Human Resources Development field. I am currently a contract worker (Service Level Agreements), working at Guest Resource Services and Ledon Human Resources .I have an Honours degree in Human Resource Management and am registered with the Wholesale and Retail and Services Seta as Assessor and Moderator and with the HPCSA as a psychometrist. I have extensive human resource development experience in various sectors and service industries. I have designed and developed courseware on SAQA legacy and QCTO qualifications for various Setas and Government Departments. I have also assisted with the development of learning material, registration of assessors and moderators and provider accreditation with Setas. I facilitated on numerous large-scale projects and learnerships for private providers. Together with a team, I have successfully completed 5x Government tender projects (MerSeta2x, Inseta, DOE and DOD) in the past. I facilitated and assessed more than 11 learnerships mostly in the Wholesale and retail industry.
